The owner, Bill evaluated my request ,was extremely well versed in the HVAC field. Within 15 minutes I knew that he had the job. Bill sent me 5 options. That was it. He had the job. By the way Cool Air was the 5 th contractor to quote. I did not select them on price alone although they were competitive. Very satisfied with the install.

Bill Guptill and his Coolair installation team were courteous and professional during the initial estimate and two day installation providing us with all details regarding the system we finally decided to purchase from among a variety of options. Installation went as planned with no disruption to our normal household routine. System as delivered was cleanly installed and tested. Technicians gave us a full explanation of the configuration/operation of both heating and AC providing detailed instructions on the setting/use of the Connex Control and air cleaner. So far we couldn't be more pleased with the system's performance. It is super quiet and maintains an even ambient temperature without the usual hot/cold surges you feel when the system is activated. Our new Bryant system is a fine product expertly installed by a very professional team of employees supported by, what we experienced, is a very fine family owned company in this area. Already have recommended this dealer to our children who are remodeling their own homes in this area. Previous Bryant system heated and cooled our home for over 20 years and we have no doubt that the new system will outperform the old and give us many more years of reliable service.

I would highly recommend Cool Air Co , Dracut. We had a new furnace and air conditioning system put in yesterday. They were very thorough, and courteous. The workers were very neat and cleaned up after the work was done. They made sure we understood how to use the new equipment. We have also used Cool Air in the past for service and they have come several times when we didn't have heat in their off hours. Would highly recommend them for installation and service.
