All services to replace the gas furnace went as planned \& on time. Also, coordination with electrical work. Service techs were very friendly \& explained all the functions. The new furnace has been running great, along with the new digital thermostat. Very satisfied !

Quail has a skilled, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly crew, from the owner to the office staff to the service technicians. I really appreciate the savings from their membership as well. Only constructive criticism is that it would be great for them to hire some more staff as wait times for non\-emergency service calls can sometimes be a while. That being said, I know finding good help is difficult, especially given the COVID\-19 pandemic.

They do a good job anytime I need their help

I paid to replace an existing AC system and Quail billed me for items they never installed. They were careless and did not complete the job. I paid 15k for a system that isn't working correctly.

these guys know what they are doing. they come with all the rite parts and all the tools they needed for the job. they had a folding table for all there tools and to work on so they did not work on the floor. the guys all wore shoe covers. they really impressed me.

Jim, the owner, designed a great system for our home. It works well and is everything we wanted. The technicians were neat and cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend this company.

Quail Services in Dudley Mass is simply the best! I work nights and I need a cool room to sleep in during the day. My central air broke down, and my upstairs bedroom became quite hot making it very difficult for me to get any sleep, and it also affected my job performance. I searched the Web in desperation to try to find someone to help me solve this problem, and I was very fortunate to find QUAIL SERVICES. The reviews were great, and after calling, the whole process was easy. The office staff, Francesca, Jacky, was very helpful, Tim the service man troubleshot the problem quickly and adviced my system was beyond repair. Then it was Jim who came to the house with a great and reasonable offer to replace my system, plus available financing. In about a week my new system was installed, and I have to thank Bill for a great job! When he left everything was clean, and best of all, my bedroom was cool again. Thank you so much!
