Was looking for a Bryant only HVAC installer so my choices were limited and thank God they were. I chose to go with next GEN air not only for their incredible pricing, but also their professionalism in returning calls answering questions in timely manner. I was lucky enough to need a new HVAC system during the slow time. Matt, the owner worked with me on pricing Finance and was straight with me from day one. he had told me it may take just over a day to tear out my old system and install the new system. Well, Matt asked me on that day. Did I mind if he worked a little late mind you he was working by himself, and I said not at all he installed the system single-handedly in one day and got rid of my old system with no messes left behind for me to clean. I would never go with another HVAC contractor after the service that Gen AIRE provided to me and my family he installed my thermostat, set it up for me for automatic service calls, and if anything had ever gone wrong with my system, he would be notified automatically through the system. Talk about Service. There were no hidden fees. If you live in the northeast and have an HVAC problems I highly suggest you give Gen AIRE a call. You will not be disappointed. If I could’ve gave him a 10 star rating I would have and that’s no BS that’s how good he was and as a worker in the trades, I know how hard it can be to find a transparent company that’s only interested in one thing and that’s the bottom line dollar.

Matthew and NextGen were excellent to work with. He's clearly got a deep understanding of his work and didn't hesitate to explain his process and answer my questions. Work was thorough, efficient, and with an impressive attention to detail. Would not hesitate to work with them again.
