Tom was absolutely great. HIGHLY recommend him for new equipment installs. Fast, efficient, affordable installation. Quality hardware that I've had about 6 months now and is performing terrific. I really like the smart thermostat that I can adjust from my mobile phone; smart devices are new to me. Very quiet unit \- blower is exterior to my master bedroom, so much better. Very important, the unit is for the upstairs and this keeps up with the load where the old unit could not.
