Quality Bryant A/C and gas furnace units, reasonably priced. Two 3.5 ton 16 SEER units installed in our new home. So far units are quiet inside the house, appear to use moderate energy\-will see how it does in the hot southern summer, and the installation of the units, duct work and return air registers were done very neatly and with good craftsmanship. Both the in\-office project manager and field crews were very courteous, answered our questions and offered several options for us to select optimal quality/price solutions. W love the Smart Ecobee thermostats. Very pleased so far.

My husband and I previously had a contract with another air conditioning company. Our unit needed to be replaced, and that company came out to give us an estimate. Not only were the prices outrageous, he also did not have any information to show us. He said that it would take him four to five days to write up something. We called four other companies and decided to go with American Cooling \& Heating. The technician came to assess our home and current air conditioner and was able to create a full proposal on\-line for us to view. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He was also able to inform us as to why we have hot spots in our home and how they could be fixed. This was done within a matter of minutes. We have been under contract with the other company for two years, and they could not fix that issue for us. The team of technicians who installed our unit was fabulous as well. They arrived on\-time and worked until the job was complete. After installation, they walked us through what had been done and made sure we did not have any other questions.
