From the moment my husband called, the Wise company handled our situation with professionalism, kindness, integrity and expertise. They came out to diagnose our problem and fixed one of our units on the spot (in just needed a bit of expert cleaning) whereas another company had told us that we needed two new units. They replaced our second unit with no problems and their team was polite, professional, and did an outstanding job. We highly recommend!

Randy Wise and his sons were the most professional and forthright of the three companies from whom I obtained estimates. They were also the most reasonably priced. They were incredibly responsive to my texts and telephone inquiries leading up to the installation. It was tremendously helpful dealing directly with the owner of the company. His sons were extremely professional, well\-mannered and helpful in answering questions I had about various options I was considering. I researched the various AC and furnace brands and found the company that makes the Bryant equipment installed by Wise Heating \& AC is also the maker of other competing brands. During the estimate phase, Zach Wise who provided the estimate did not try to upsell me and carefully considered the best options for me to include researching the square footage of my home via PVA records (something no other companies did.) I was interested in including a UL light as part of the install to help with reducing mold, viruses, and bacteria on the cooling coil. Zach said, although there are lights that would cost well over $1,000, he recommended a light that he and his family members installed at their homes which was priced under $200. Randy and his sons arrived promptly on the day of install and completed all the work in a very professional and quality manner. I was extremely impressed by their diligence in ensuring everything was done in a professional manner. Everything was cleaned up at the conclusion of the project. I highly recommend Wise Heating \& AC for their professionalism, quality of work, pricing and honesty.

I live in Louisville, KY and used a local, family owned company named Wise. They exceed expectations! It's only been a few days, but the new HVAC units seem to be doing an exceptional job. The job ended up being more in depth and took longer to complete than expected. However, there were no additional product charges or labor fees. The Wise guys (giggle) are professional and know their s#it. Their work ethic is phenomenal. The crew worked like head\-down mules from 8:30 AM to around 5:00 PM ... only took a small lunch break. That may seem like a little longer than normal to install a new HVAC unit, however, as i mentioned they ran into unexpected problems. Replaced several pieces they weren't expecting (ducts, base, etc) ... it was 1989 unit, so stuff was all messed up. I can't think of a way to more highly recommend this company,

Randy is friendly, prompt in his communications and started work the next day from the time we accepted the bid. He put a lot of care and really problem\-solved our unique plan so that we got the maximum cooling and heating, whichever was needed. I would highly recommend this company.

My furnace went out one evening during a party. I called Wise HVAC at 7:30 am the next morning and they were to my house by 9, identified the problem and offered solutions. They started installing a furnace by early afternoon. I had used them before but in an emergency situation had no chance to cost compare. ...But I did, after they started installing, and they were less expensive than the other 2 contractors I called (and I knew exactly what I needed so could get fairly accurate comparisons). I had used the other contractors before, too, but Wise has been great to work with. They worked till 6:30pm and came back the next morning to finish the job (having identified some other factors that may have contributed to the burn out and could be rectified during the install of the new system). Highly recommend.
