Wonderful Experience
I don't typically leave a lot of reviews but this experience definitely deserves one! We had to have our 20 year old air conditioner completely replaced with a new unit and our experience with Stivers was amazing. We had to call after hours and they were able to get our tech, Billy, out to our home the next day! He explained everything in detail that was wrong with our current unit and recommended a new unit which we agreed upon. He was informative and professional. He was so nice and so helpful and I appreciate all the time he took with me that day. We thought the price with taxes, labor, etc. was more than fair and they were able to come the next day to install! The installation was flawless and the technicians James and Jason were extremely professional and very nice and very fast while doing everything clean and keeping us informed along the way. We were impressed from start to finish, we will definitely use them for any concerns we have in the future and most definitely highly recommend this company for all your air conditioning and heating needs!
