First installation was very poor workmanship, lack of proper supervision during install. Then had them come back and move it to alternate location to ease installation, was charged for the relocate, even though first install was horrible. Didn't properly fix all previous holes and line runs.

We had been flooded and they were quick to come out, and handle the needed replacement very efficiently, i would highly recommend this company.

This company had a fast response to our trouble call and the owner is very professional and knows his stuff. The install folks were very nice and courteous to us and our home. They didn't make a mess and leave it for us to clean up. The only issue that I have is that the group they sent weren't a very motivated bunch. One guy seemed to do all the work while the others either looked at their phones or sat in the trucks most of the time. I won't give a bad review because the system itself seems great; it's super quiet and very energy efficient.

New customers here! Dwight Larkey came to the house and looked over the system we had, priced us options of repairing the unit and priced us for a replacement unit. My husband and I decided to go with a new system recommended by Dwight because we have had nothing but trouble out of our 7 year old unit from another out of town dealer and we were DONE. The technicians were wonderful and did a great job on the install. So far, our new Bryant HVAC is performing perfectly and is SO much quieter than our other unit! Our house is already more comfortable and is obviously working better than the unit we struggled with before. We look forward to a long term relationship with Larkey HVAC!
