When I first called to get them to come check my old unit the lady that answered the phone was really nice and polite and told me they could be here the next morning at 10. They were on time and they checked the unit and told my what needed to be done. When they come back to put the new air and heat unit in the guys where polite and the cleaned up after they were done.
