Registered product in husbands name/email etc. Taylor never asked for any info before registering product. I own home and wrote check to Turners. Need information changed. Nothing as far as warranty was explained to me nor extended warranty. Inside unit put in and outside unit damaged had to come back next day and had to call them at 1pm to find out why not here at 10am. 1 guy and blew fuse touching wires hope no transfomer issues due to this. Also, glued outside of brick messy, left long drain pipe, black can sticking out and never tested the Fre\-0n level or psi levels or anything once he put in outside unit. just turned on to make sure it came on. No checks on any of the equip they installed after.
