They got it done but they still need to come back and correct a couple of things.
have hot air blowing out of the return vent (I don't think that is supposed to happen). The bedroom behind the return vent is cold. I have called dealer and they said they would get it corrected. Also, when the furnace kicks on the master bedroom overhead lights go dim. I had to have a gas line installed so it took a while before they could get started. I wish they had done a courtesy call to see if gas line was being installed. I had to send an email to sales rep to let him know if they were too busy to do it, I would move on and find someone else. After that email, he and the main installer came out and the process started to move a little faster. I was appreciative of the sales rep quick response in getting out to my house again but disappointed it took my email to inspire the return visit. Hopefully I will get a timely response in fixing the current issues I mentioned.
