Had to replace old Bryant heat pump after only 9 years of being in service. Terry's worked with us on a price. That is the reason we went with another Bryant Heat pump after such a short time the one we had, had been in service. In the 5 years we have owned our house Terry's had worked on the outside unit many times. They installed the unit shortly before we purchased the house. The new outside unit was still compatible whit the indoor unit, so it made it less expensive to replace with the same type of unit. Terry's service department spent a lot of time on the old unit. They were always here in a timely manner.
