They installed the entire HVAC system incorrectly, we had to go through 4 thermostats, two heat strip packs, two defrosters for our heat pump to finally fix all the issues our unit had.

Matt has organized four HVAC purchases for our family since February. He has treated us well and responds quickly. Airtron and Matt have been a great partner to us.

So far, so good. The first time we need service will tell much more.

Built a new home in Central Indiana with Silverthorne. HVAC installer decided to build a smaller "custom" filter box, use an oversized magnet as a cover, and expect a 3\-ton unit to provide adequate heating \& cooling of a 3300+ sq ft home. Contacted their POC over new construction, had an installer arrive the next day with a "larger" magnet. Walked installer through each issue, no follow\-up after 1 week.

Horrible installation. Lower level cooler than upper level. The upper vents are closed and whistle yet the lower level remains a lower temperature. Vent grills bent from over tightening the screws.

We had a new home built. They installed all flex duct and furnace before roof was dried in. Had water inside my indoor unit and with standing water inside my return air trunk line which is duct board. I brought up the issue as soon as it happened. The water sat inside my return air trunk line for two weeks with nothing done and it began mildewing and stinking up the house. I was told it is fine and will dry out eventually. I had to get a written letter from the duct board manufacturer who was VERY helpful explaining it needed replaced. Also had an engineering report done to show the condition. They finally replaced it after that but then left approximately 1" gap at the trunk line to the unit connection on the back side. I brought this up as an issue and was told it was fine that I will just have more return air now. On top of that, they left all the soaking wet insulation at the wet flex line locations that had gotten wet in a couple spots. The restroom exhaust fan flex line was kinked so bad that the flapper would not open up due to hitting the flex line. I have time stamped photos showing these things. So much for a new house. I would not recommend Airtron.

Heat pump failed to hear due to missing part at installation. Dealer insisted unit was working properly and customer did not understand how a heat pump works. Customer insisted they send tech. Tech stated system was operating perfectly and no problem existed. Customer hired another heating company to check unit and found liquid line piston missing. This rendered the heating function useless. Notified builder who contacted installer to fix unit under warranty. This has cost this customer an estimated $250\-300 in heating bills and $100 for the heating tech.

Product is very noisy and I don?t have trust on this product.

All the guys from Airtron Indy were absolutely great. From the start with Chad coming out diagnosing our problem and working with our home warranty company. Kyle, Adam, and Mark did an awesome job on the install of our new system. They were always great about answering any if my questions and listening to my concerns. Ray our sales consultant was also great at to deal with as I called him numerous times with questions that he was happy to answer. So happy with our new Bryant system, but even happier to know that there is a heating and air company I can rely on with guys like this working there!

Great products and installation overall. I just wished I would have received a walk\-through of how the system works (especially with my separate humidifier). During the time of new home purchase, this was a chaotic time with closing, moving in, etc., but the products and installation was top\-notch
