The registration name is wrong, the workers left trash laying around, wrappers, plastic covers, pop cans that I supplied them that i had to pick up the next morning.

Installed new system on Monday call this morning to tell you that system is making a noise after every cycle so we setup an appointment for today but there is a disclaimer that there might be a $89 charge for the service are you kidding me it was just installed on Monday

The installer failed to remove a tab in the condenser which caused the furnace to shut down a few hours after it was installed. They weren't able to get someone out to look at it for a couple of days. I've generally been happy with One Hour, but it was pretty aggravating to be without heat almost immediately after having a new furnace installed.

We had to replace our 14 year old furnace, which One Hour had installed and maintained. We had been impressed with One Hour previously and they worked hard to assure the lowest price for us on a new high efficiency Bryant furnace. I had previously worked in the HVAC supply industry and was well aware of the great reputation of Bryant. They quoted and installed the new furnace the same day. The installers were professional, polite and friendly. They did a great job and left our house as clean as it was before they started.

Our air conditioning went out. When they came to do the inspection on what was wrong found out our whole system was terribly old since 1998 old It needed to be replaced. So so we went with Bryant system. Top of the line two stage. Very pleased so far. Looking forward to saving money on heating and electricity.

My Bryant air conditioner is making a vibration noise in my house. That is much louder than my old Bryant air conditioner. I probably need a technician to help me coordinate my iPhone with the thermostat.

One Hour Heating determined an aging boiler needed to be replaced and in less than 24 hours I had a fiar price quote and a new system installed. They removed my old boiler as well as cleaning the area after all the equipment was replaced. Very professional and couteous staff I would not hesitate to call them again.

Bought new system furnace and air conditioner 2/8/94 and it was installed 2/9/24 but only partially. We bought the smart system and we have been waiting for it to be properly installed by One Hour Heating and air. They said the thermostat is not syncing with the system. We gave us a different thermostat that doesn't operate correctly. Not happy.

The companies Service Managers and Service Installers are the most knowledgeable people, and very Kind. Their service assists. are kind people also. There is one Service I would not like to talk to again and that is their Customer Service Department. The part of the company needs Training. However, I would still recommend the Company, they are great. A great thing about this company is that they did not mind you showing them while they were checking out your Furnace and Heat Pump. They explain what they are doing, and why it was necessary. Great people.

The salesman who sold me the 90% Bryant furnace neglected to mention that installation involves putting a hole in the roof, even though I obviously live in an HOA where such a measure would require a long approval process and might not be approved. Only when the advance\-man for the crew arrived and began discussing the installation with me did I realize that things needed to be halted. The salesman quickly was put on the phone, and he asked about getting "expedited approval" from the HOA, apparently unaware of how HOAs work! Quickly, we had to switch to a new Bryant 80% model, and a new contract was emailed to me. This was disappointing, although the new 80%er is much better than my old one.

George and Brandon were great. From the estimate to the service. I was treated with respect and kindness. Brandon really knew what he was doing on site and did everything he could to fix my system and ensure all codes were met. 10/10

Owning a property several hours away from you creates extra stress when service is needed because you can't always be there in person. One Hour has more than earned my trust through their excellent service, superb communications, and outstanding response time. They are my GO TO for any HVAC service needed in Muncie.

They came in, immediately got to work, and had my brand new system running perfectly in just a few hours, all the while being clean and neat, while doing an expert job on the complete relocation of the AC compressor to another wall of my house!!

Two technicians came to install a new AC system at my home. They arrived on time, and both were knowledgable and helpful. I am very satisfied with their work.

There was a slight problem with the installation, but the dealer came out very quickly to fix it. Everything from the sales\-installation\-repair went very smoothly and quickly. Based upon our experience, we would highly recommend this dealer. Everyone was very helpful and professional.

Moved into a newly built home that had a shotty HVAC system (and its installer) from Duncan \-\-\- we used our own company (1 hour) and they installed this Bryant system and its been FREEZING cold since \- thank you SO MUCH lol

I contacted One Hour Heating \& Air Conditioning for service on my existing HVAC system because I was dissatisfied with the number of times I'd had to obtain service on the system during the time that I've owned my home. Since I'd already expended nearly $4K on the existing system, with the installing dealer's service department, I paid particular attention to the One Hour Technician's justification for replacement rather than another costly repair. The Technician scheduled a same day appointment with a One Hour Sales Representative who offered several replacement opportunities using a "brand name" (Bryant) system for which I'd heard good reviews. The price for the system configuration that I selected was competitive and an appointment for installation of the new system was scheduled for the following day. The installation personnel arrived on schedule and completed their work in about six hours. At this point, I'm hopeful that my previous (long\-term) issues with repeated AC failures has been resolved.

The installation team dutifully and professionally installed our new heat pump and air handler. The air handler installation was in the attic through a small access point in a closet of our 100\-year\-old home. They laid tarps and carefully removed equipment. We recommend highly and would use One Hour again.

Unfortunately, this is the third furnace purchase with them. Our first (Trane XV90) lasted 11 years. In 2015 they replaced that unit with a Bryant 926TA60100. A reoccurring issue we had with this unit that had One Hour to our home numerous times is a strong burning smell coming from the vents. Upon inspection after inspection all checked out okay. Last week when it kept going into lock out we had One Hour out again and I was shocked to hear from a new salesman who spent years as a technician that the furnace we were sold in 2015, a 100 K BTU, was too big for our house and the burning odor likely resulted from the furnace not being able to dissipate the heat. Needing to replace that furnace after only 8 years did not sit well with me or One Hour who were apologetic and tried to help w/ some discounts. The install of the new unit (80 K BTU) went very well and hopefully it will have a normal, or better than normal, life expectancy.

Greatly appreciate the service, knowledge and speed within which we were able to get a quality furnace and AC.
