Dave Jackson assessed what changes were needed to meet our needs. While our new patio was being installed we had to be without AC for almost a month during days when the outside temperatures were over 95 degrees and sometimes over 100. Roberts Heating a and AC installed a temporary portable unit centrally located in our family room to help keep temperatures in our home tolerable. Once the concrete in the patio had cured, an installation team of two very courteous, hardworking young men worked to get the unit very neatly installed and operational and gave us a tour of our system as well as how to operate. In the two days that they were working I got acquainted with these guys and must say that I was impressed with their character. One is in service of our country and has started a tour of duty in the middle east for a year. I am also always greeted and enjoy talking with the office staff on the phone. Whenever I have a question or a need. They take care of me. I love the "small town" approach with top quality products, prompt service, and putting the customer first. That is why we used Robert Heating and AC for many years. (I think 32). When we moved into our house 32 years ago, there was a Robert's sticker on the furnace. The previous owner told us that their service was good. He was right.
