Mark and his team completed installation in 1 day and even took time to educate about the ecobee thermostat. We can already feel a difference in the what was once the "cold" part of the house. The team put coverings on floor and cleaned up after completion. VERY pleased with the experience.

I was actually leaving for vacation the day I found out I needed a new furnace. I had them send me information about a new furnace and outside A.C. unit. I made arrangements for them to install it on the day after I got back from Florida. I had heat by the end of the day and didn't have to sit in front of a small electric heater. They were knowledgeable and worked hard to replace an aging furnace. Have used Barrick \-Oltman before for routine maintenance. I appreciate they are local to Washington as I prefer to support local businesses.

Everyone that we dealt with at Barrick\-Oltman were very helpful with the entire process from checking on our old unit and letting us know the issues to helping us with the financing of the new unit and the installation of said unit. Very pleased with professional install of new furnace and air conditioning units. Compressor had burnt up on air conditioner at the hottest time of the year. Mark was able to squeeze us in for a complete install within a few days. Jeromy \& Nick were very polite, professional, and efficient. Very happy with my furnace installation. Jeremy replaced my existing furnace and addressed some installation problems with my existing duct work and condensate drain. My ductwork around the furnace is sealed better, the condensate drain is cleanly routed and secured in place, and my air filter is now easy to replace. I really appreciate the attention to detail. Overall a very clean and professional furnace replacement.

Barrick Oltman Heating \& Cooling gave me several options for my furnace \& A/C replacement and took the time to explain the details and benefits of each type and the rebates that would apply. The heat pump system that was installed has been working great and I'm glad for the energy savings and enjoying the comforts of even temperatures instead of the up and down temps of my old furnace. Their friendly, "no pressure" approach was appreciated and they were always available to answer any questions that I had. I was very impressed with their installation crew by their cleanliness and the quality of their work. They did an outstanding job!! I was very satisfied from start to finish \- Thank you!!

Install was well done. Techs were respectful, efficient, and professional.

The two guys that installed the furnace and A/C unit were helpful to answer questions when I had them, but best of all they were very clean and left my furnace room in better shape than they found it.

Old furnace quit on coldest day of the year, was also a Saturday. Called Barrick\-Oltman, they were on site later that afternoon, spent time troubleshooting and locating the part they needed to get. After installing new part, furnace would light, but heat exchanger was plugged and no good. They provided me cost for 3 different furnaces in addition to the cost of fixing my current furnace. I decided to go with a new one as current one was 20 yrs. old. They were back Tuesday and within 3 hours had swapped out the furnace and cleaned up and tested everything.
