I was impressed with Rose from my first contact through installation. They were always polite and professional. I got four quotes for my furnace/AC replacement and Rose was the best price with the highest efficiency systems. Overall, I am very happy with my experience.

Had Rose out to upgrade our existing Evolution Wi\-Fi thermostat to the newer version. We chose to do so for 3 reasons. 1) the new control looks much better on the wall 2) the new version has "occupancy detection" 3) Bryant was offering a $200 consumer direct rebate to upgrade, which we received a $200 pre\-paid card in the mail. All in all the offer was too good to pass up. Very satisfied with the Evolution product and every experience we have had with Rose Heating and Air over the years. I highly recommend both Bryant Products and Rose Heating!

Rose came highly recommended and now I know why. They have very skilled workers on their crews and customer service is always outstanding. Pleased with the new furnace and a/c. It runs very quiet. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone searching for an honest, well trained contractor.

OK, so you can see I'm rating Rose as worthy of five stars on the attributes listed, but there are some important elements Bryant has left out. Those include putting the customer first, transparency, and fairness. There are vendors in town who are unscrupulous (one actually disconnected a wire in my old furnace so it stopped working suddenly, hoping it would force a purchase from them). Rose is the exact opposite.

Had our existing thermostat upgraded to a WiFi Bryant Houswise control and we love it! Works nicely with our Apple Home Kit. The service technician was very informative as well as caring of our home. Highly recommend this company and the product!
