We would highly recommend Hovelyn Heating and Cooling as a recommendation when looking for new system. We were able to do financing and set up an appointment for Jeff to come and look at old system. Jeff gave us 4 options to choose from, which we had next day. We were without AC during the last 3 weeks in some of the hottest days. We were approved immediately for the financing and equipment ordered and was installed almost immediately after they received it. We love the new system and the house is now very comfortable. There was also a damper that had been closed to one room that had been walled over and made not accessible. The guys measured and found it first time, was able to cut a small hole to reopen that damper and put the piece of ceiling they cut out back in place and barely noticeable. They removed all the old furnace and ac, boxes and took it away. We were very pleased with their service and their kindness in getting air conditioning back to us so quickly. Thank You Hovelyn Heating and Air Conditioning, Thomasboro, IL and all the guys who worked in the heat to re\-establish ac to our house.

Fast, clean and professional
Hoveln worked at my house for about a month on and off, to replace sinks, faucets and toilets that had been damaged during a break\-in. Their plumbing department did a great job with that. The same month, they replaced the furnace with a heat pump and a propane furnace. I had originally signed up for geothermal but due to costs and reviews, I changed my mind. They let me cancel the contract I had signed within the 3 days that I legally had to do so and were flexible on recommending other options. I look forward to having them work on my house in the future.

A family member recommended this business to us. They were the 3rd HVAC company that we contacted and got estimates from. They came out within days of being contacted for an estimate for a new furnace and air conditioner. Their estimate proposals and recommendations were sent to us in a very reasonable time. Mr. Hovelin came to our home and explained each recommendation offered and answered all questions we had. Of the three companies that we received estimates from we chose Mr. Hovelin because we felt that he was providing us with our best choice. The installers were polite and worked efficiently and quickly. The furnace was up and running by the end of the 1st day and the air conditioner was running by noon on the next day. The installers were willing to answer questions and explain how the new thermostat worked and helped us to set it up on our computer and get it registered. I appreciated the tutorial on how to work the thermostat. All in all our experience with this company was great! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new HVAC. We also liked that our new HVAC could be paid for over a 60 month period at 0% interest.

Bryant Evolution series furnace & AC
Hoveln Heating and cooling installed this very nice Evolution series Furnace and AC system with the Evolution Connex control thermostat, which we can monitor and check settings with the Bryant app on our phone. It can notify the servicing dealer should there be a failure through the connex system.It does control the humidity level in the house very nicely, it is able to monitor the humidity levels and say dehumidifying and run at a lower fan speed doing so. And you can set the humidity levels you would like to maintain in the home. This the best and most even cooling we have had since we have lived in the house. They were very professional and did an excellent job on the installation.
