JNJ was excellent! From our first call to get someone out for an estimate, to scheduling the install,getting the permits, and installation when our old unit died in the middle of a heat wave was only 4 days! Others said anywhere from 1 week out to 3 weeks out for just the estimate! Installers worked cleanly and took care not to damage anything. They were mindful of my pets. Just an overall fantastic experience.

after moving in to our new build, we knew that we needed a humidifier. But we were also experiencing poor air flow, huge temperature differences, and other issues heating and cooling our new home. JNJ were able to add a damper system as well as change around some duct work creating a better air flow and a consistent temperature throughout the house

Having used JNJ for years, we called to have our AC evaluated due to poor performance. They responded promptly and Steve our technician quickly diagnosed our problem and offered solutions. We made a decision to explore replacing our equipment and within hours, Casey, their Comfort Specialist came to our home, evaluated our needs and provided us pricing information. Both Casey and Steve made an excellent impression on us. We decided on the spot to install a new furnace and AC. Three business days later, Brady and Justin arrived and had our new system installed. GREAT GROUP OF PEOPLE

Team of installer showed up exactly at the scheduled install time. They gave me a full walk through on each step that was going to happen for the install that day. Techs were amazing and were able to react to any scenario that arose during the install process. Extremely happy about the quality not only of the company and techs, but that of the end product that we received. The product has actually over performed what we were sold on in a great way.

The JNJ service technicians did an excellent job of removing our old furnace and air conditioner and replacing them with a new Bryant furnace and air conditioner. They arrived on time and promptly went to work. They were courteous and professional to us and no damage was done to our home.

Steve, Jay, and Brady and all the rest of the crew could not have been more helpful, patient, and professional in our furnace replacement process. From diagnostic to estimate to providing us with space heaters, to install, everyone was top notch.

New furnace

We found JNJ Heating \& Air Conditioning online. They got stellar reviews. I had them check our a/c because it was blowing warm air at the end of the season and clean our furnace. The tech that came out was very knowledgeable. After his inspection we found that our 19 year old a/c needed to be replaced. He offered to send out a sale rep for a quote on a new a/c. We decided to replace our furnace and a/c. It was a huge job that took 2 full days to complete, which we expected because the sales rep explained this to us. The installers were excellent! They were on time, very knowledgeable and neat. We couldn't be happier.

JNJ was able to come out the same day as when I first called to check my unit. The tech was very nice and helpful and showed me what the issue was. After a discussion, it was clear that I needed a new unit and they were able to provide me with several options to meet my budget. The installers came the next day and got me up and running. They were professional and cleaned the area around my unit.

Putting in a new furnace..

From the time that the Sales Rep came for the in home consult through the installation of the furnace, the service provided from both visits was not like anything we had experienced in the past. All 3 gentlemen were polite and thorough on explaining the process and made sure we were comfortable with what we were getting.

JNJ responded promptly and completed diagnostic with photo illustrations of problem. We decided to replace 21 year old furnace. Installation was completed the next day along with a flue liner and new humidifier unit. Installers explained process and improvements to equipment at each step. Two stage motor is quieter and more efficient. An air conditioning unit will follow.

We woke up yesterday morning to a cold home because our furnace died. Jay came out first thing in the morning to discuss the problem and present us with information about new furnaces. He was EXTREMELY professional and very personable. We had other estimates, but decided to go with JNJ because of Jay's professional presentation. The installation staff were at our home by 1:00 p.m. the same day to install the new furnace. All of the technicians were also very knowledgeable and nice. They were VERY careful not to damage or get anything dirty while carrying the new furnace and materials into the basement. We highly recommend JNJ.
