The time between furnace installation and thermostat installation was over 4 months. During this time, I did not receive one "courtesy call" with an eta of the missing part. Otherwise, they did an outstanding job of installation. The technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant.

We had Gartner Heating and Cooling install a new central air unit into our house that only had forced air heat. From start to finish, we had a phenomenal experience. Darren was amazing. Incredibly thorough. He showed up about 40 minutes late for our appointment, but called ahead to tell me when he was actually going to be there. He went through literally every part of our system from the basement to the second floor. He even showed me dampers that I had never seen before, and showed me how to adjust them to get more even heating and cooling in our house! He talked through lots of options for upstairs cooling which he said was also likely going to be an issue, but recommend that we wait and see how it actually worked out before potentially spending money unnecessarily. He talked me through the whole process of how the cooling works and how they ensure the system is air and water tight. It made a huge difference in my level of understanding of the process and the different aspects of the install. Their bid was extremely competitive. It would have been nice to get different options for high SEER ratings on our unit, but I didn't know enough to ask at the time. The actual install was incredibly smooth. They sent a team of three workers who were polite, skilled, and efficient. I mentioned to one of them that my wife and I were pretty particular about things looking nice, and he assured me that he did too. The end result was just as he said. Everything was tucked away perfectly, no eye sores or corners cut. We couldn't be more pleased. We've had the AC up and running now for about three weeks and have had zero issues. We should have done this years ago!
