Performed a clean install and a quick replacement of existing AC system.

A great experience with this family owned local business. From initial contact through installation of a new AC , Furnace, and Humidifier everything was completed as scheduled. Everyone was very professional. Tony Jacobazzi came out on the initial visit and made a recommendation to add a return vent. We took that advise and it's worked out great to level out the temperature difference between the upper and lower levels of our residence. The day of installation there was a problem installing the Humidifier that required sheet metal fabrication. Tony got the call from the installation technician, did the fabrication, and brought to my home keeping the installation on track. Jacobazzi Heating and Cooling with be my HVAC service provider forever. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for HVAC work.

were on time, discovered a mistake in the existing airflow system that was blocking 1/3 air flow. They had new sheet metal housing made and installed in same day. We noticed the increased air immediately.

They did a really nice job and cleaned up after themselves. I've only had the new HVAC for about a week so I don't know how good the air conditioning will be yet. The house is very comfortable and the temperature seems even throughout. It came with a thermostat that can be adjusted through an app on my phone and I have to say it's been fun using it. Jacobazzi Heating is a family owned company. They are local which I liked. They really listened to my challenges with the heating season and addressed them. I was given options with no pressure to buy. I really enjoyed working with them.
