Joe and Dan did such a great job installing my new Ac \& Furance. They really took their time with explaining how everything now works \& did a great job installing it all. Definitely highly recommend them!

Initial Service Experience did not solve the problem. After a return service visit, it was decided to replace the Air Conditioner.

I have used American star for at least 15 years both in my current home and our previous one. Our current home's 30 year old AC failed and the tech actually took a little extra time to look into the old unit and confirm that that the expensive repair charges and Freon refill were not worth it. Quotes were provided to us quickly the same day and we had a full system installed two days later. Our techs Joe and Daniel did a great job of splitting up the work and kept everything going smoothly till the job was done. We are pleased that at the end of the day, everything looked very clean and our new Bryant furnace and AC were in place and working well.

Easy experience

We have been customers of this excellent company for 20 years. We just had them install a new Bryant furnace and AC unit. From the sales rep to the office manager to the installers, everyone was professional and did an excellent job. We are very happy with the service we received and would recommend them to anyone.

Responded quickly, install team was first rate, though I wish they were able to stock std. furnaces and repair on the weekend.

American Star helped find the furnace I wanted while there was equipment shortage. Mark answered all my questions and help me identify the right furnace. And Chuck and Adam showed up on time. Removed the old furnace and installed the new one in under 4 hours. They explained every detail and left the job site as clean as they found it.
