House built in 1998, I bought in 2015, still had original Bryant furnace and AC. Home inspector advised me to replace "soon," I had Expert Plumbing \& Heating out almost every year for clean \& check and they kept it running all the way until 2024. Never once did my old Bryant heater conk out on me, so I decided to proactively replace it with another Bryant. Expert Plumbing \& Heating were super easy to work with; I called them up saying I wanted to replace an old, working furnace 'cuz it was 25 years old at that point, they scheduled to have someone out for an estimate the next business day. He was very nice, explained everything, and gave me a quote that I found very reasonable. They scheduled me within a few business days (no emergency, I was never without heat) and the two installers that came out were exceptionally pleasant and very professional. I love my new Bryant furnace and AC, would highly recommend!
