I chose Bryant because Consumer Reports showed they were one of the most reliable brands. I chose the dealer because they were an honored and recognized dealer on the Bryant web site with NATE technicians and Angies List honored. Additionally, the Google reviews were very positive. Chuck the owner made the initial sales call. He was professional in the presentation and practical in the solving of several small problems for the installation. Several other contractors either ignored or downplayed the problems, Chuck's sales proposal was the most detailed and carefully prepared of the four bids I took. Chuck was not the cheapest but impressed me as the most knowable contractor that would give the best install and reliable service in the future. I liked the photos of the installers that they emailed just before the installation \- a sensible safety precaution. The installers were careful with the interior of the house and put canvas over the carpet to minimize the mess. Their work was skillful, efficient and well done. Additionally, I made several suggestions that they agreed to and modified the installation. They left the work area broom clean.

My heater \& condensing units needed replacing after several yrs of temporary fixes from service companies. Found climate master online \& thank goodness I did. Chuck \& his team were very professional \& did a good job with the demo \& install.
