I wanted my air conditioner fixed (a chipmunk ate the wires) he explained how much it would be because of all the damage and told me about the cost of getting a new unit. They were very professional and did a great job. Will definitely use them again.

Beckman did not try to oversell on equipment. I asked for comfort improvement accessories and was suggested a 2 stage furnace with variable fan + a humidifier. The installation for the entire system (furnace+AC) took about 6hrs. Workmanship is top notch and tidy. Work area was left just as clean as they started. I can tell already that house has no hot/cold spots due to the new fan. Im excited for winter to feel how comfortable the house is with a 2 stage gas burner, variable fan, and humidifier.

We considered proposals from 4 different companies and went with Beckman for several reasons. First, while cost was certainly a factor for us, we were also interested in provider that would provide excellent service before, during, and after install. We also wanted to work with a well\-established company that was local with the backing of a well recognized and quality product. We found that we were able to reach someone by phone on the first try every time. I called multiple times to ask questions while we contemplated proposals. Brian, our sales representative, considered all our needs, answered every question, and designed a system that would work for us and our home. John and Christy also answered questions and had a proposal to us in two business days. Christy made sure we had our new system installed in under a week. We are very pleased with Beckman Brothers and our new Bryant system.

I used Beckman Bros four times, two repairs, one maintenance, and one replacement of a furnace The were responsive, often showed up on the same day, really knew the stuff, and would fix the problems if repairable (instead of making you feel they just want you to install a new unit), and provide detailed options. And, they did all of these at a fair price.

Beckman Brothers did an excellent job installing our new Bryant furnace and air conditioning. They went above and beyond by adding a new return vent to our addition which required them to crawl around in the attic insulation. They were very courteous and clean.
