I had a new HVAC system installed. I am a licensed home inspector, so I did my homework and found Kustom Heating to be the fairest in price. But most importantly they conducted themselves in a very courteous \& professional manner. Their work was clean \& couldn't tell they were ever here. I believe I received the best system for my needs. I highly recommend Kustom and will referral them to my clients.

The technicians were real professionals, they each knew the job they had to do and they did it expertly, right from the start, laying down tarps, removing the old unit, installing the new one, cleaning up, they were total pros!

Kustom replaced an existing furnace and added central air to my house. Everyone I dealt with listened to my concerns/suggestions, provided understandable feedback, and worked collegially through some issues unique to my very old house. Service is great

The entire experience was outstanding. I must say that Chris and Todd are some of the most proactive and driving business professionals that I have ever seen. They walked me through all the options and educated me on the differences. I decided to go with the Evolution system which was the best offering. I was not able to meet the installers at the very beginning of the day. When I got home the floors were fully covered and the team was vacuuming the areas in the basement. The system looked like a piece of artwork and it was very apparent the dedication this team puts into what they do. Within a few days I could tell the amazing comfort and noise difference in the home. I would highly recommend Kustom to anyone looking for a cutting edge installation and top notch team!

Kustom Heating \& Cooling installed our Bryant furnace \& AC units with a minimum of hassle, or disruption. They were professional, efficient, worked well as a team, and explained everything clearly to both my wife, and me. We've been doing business with them for several years, and will continue to do so, until we move from the area.

The installers were the best. Particular to every detail. They installed the furnace professionally and explained its working order. They assisted me in setting up the new thermostat. All in all, it was a pleasure to have them in my home.
