Start to finish, our experience with Perfect Home Services could not have gone better. They are timely, great with explanation of technical jargon, professional, and no\-nonsense. We had a technician come to the house within hours of us contacting Perfect Home Services. He got our heat working as a temporary band\-aid but said we ultimately would need a new system. We confirmed this diagnosis with a relative. Later that day, they had a salesperson at our house who was very knowledgeable, took detailed measurements, and explained all of our options in a way that was easy to understand. Perfect Home Services also has great financing options. We assumed with the supply and labor shortages affecting most industries nationwide that we would have to wait for our new systems. Not the case with Perfect Home Services. We had installers at our house within 48 hours (it would have been next day, but the next day was a holiday). The install team was also top notch...those guys work hard. They kept us informed of their timing, answered all of our questions, and were extremely organized. Everyone knows replacing your HVAC system is one of those "no fun" homeowner expenses, but Perfect Home Services made the whole experience pleasant and manageable.
