Excellent! I'm completely happy with the heat pump system they installed. Except for one small glitch out of their control it was completely installed in one day, not bad for a retrofit in winter. Good people and good products. I'd recommend them over any other HVAC dealer in the area

My heater stopped working and temps were in the 20's. I called the place that had serviced my heater for several years and they couldn't get to me for a week. At random, I called two other places and High Mark came out that day. Not counting the weekend, I had a new heater installed within 3 days. In that time, I dealt with five people who were all easy to work with and did a great job!

Didn't comment on problems because there have been none so far. Really pleased at not only the installation but also the custom ductwork to improve the furnace efficiency. Plus the price, I felt, was really reasonable for all the work!

As I told the installers: I consider myself hard to please, But I am very happy with their work, and service.

We had a fast response to our request for a check up on a problem and they found the problem that next day and ordered our new furnace. It was instilled quickly and carefully and is working great. I would reccomend High Mark to anyone for great service, friendly people, and good products.

High Mark responded on a Saturday evening of Thanksgiving weekend. Our furnace was not working and on its last legs. They installed a replacement Bryant furnace on Monday. Couldn't have been more responsive.

Great service!!! These professionals quickly responded to my call for help! They accessed the situation (not good) and scrambled to find and install a new A/C unit before we melted in our upstairs apartment during a heatwave! We can't thank them enough!!!
