Refuses To Honor Warranty! Dishonest!
New unit installed February 2024. Stopped working within first 6 months. Thermostat was improperly wired at install. New thermostat installed but not rewired as it should have been done. HVAC serviced December 2024. Noticed a 5–10-minute delay on both startup and shutdown since servicing. HVAC stopped functioning April 9, 2025. Contacted Ackerman April 10, 2025 about problem. refused to show up for 3-7 days and would not honor warranty without being paid through local community action center.
