Nightmare
AC evaporator coil was installed out of level (tilted to back) which continued up to furnace, dented and scratched up furnace panels on instllation, condensate drip line for evaporator coil installed wrong (they used the overflow instead of primary)\-\-which drained onto garage floor instead of out of house, furnace/AC made horrible humming noise when running, AC condenser unit safety cage was installed "snaky" by factory, flue pipe installed out of plumb in appearance. Service tech came later to address noisy furnace and completely bent return air grill in living room. They did later replace it. Furnace was replaced with new one and leveled this time. Ultimate Heating did come back and address/replace most of their mistakes\-\- but these issues should not have happened in the first place.
