I personally know several HVAC people. I have used several. Some were ok. Others were not. My Lennox went out after only 7 years. I contacted Richard Abrams and he was prompt, courteous, offered several repair or replace options, checked with Lennox about the warranty for me, and offered a good price for a new Bryant. Very soon, his son (third generation in the family business and second generation Harrison grad, showed up and did a great job installing my new one. He also sent out of his way to rectify short cuts by my previous installers of the Lennox. We are very satisfied, indeed!

I can't recommend Abrams Heating and Air enough. I've used them for HVAC maintenance \& new installs for years. They are always honest \& fair and answer all of my questions. They take great care of my HVAC units and keep them running smoothly. They only recommend quality products and take great care with installs to be sure everything works perfectly to keep my home comfortable and my energy bills low.

We ordered the system on a Thursday and they got started Monday. The crew worked hard in severe heat and cleaned up each day.

Abrams knows more than any other heat and air company. They are honest, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, dependable, respectful of our home by wearing booties, and are caring enough to take the time to explain options. Once installed they explained everything we needed to know about our new system. We had a floor dehumidifier that they replaced with a 5 stage system that is more effective and takes up less room. We had several estimates and different options for our problem with humidity and Abrams Heat and Air was by far the most knowledgeable and reasonable. We are so pleased and always tell Richard we wish we could find service people as competent and knowledgeable as he is. When something needs to be attended to he gets to us in a reasonable amount of time. We are thrilled and grateful to have Abrams Heating and Air as our HVAC company. We bought two 5 speed Bryant furnace and air conditioners.

Richard from Abrams Heating and Air has been taking care of our unit since we bought this house in 2011.When he said it was time to replace we trusted him to find us the right unit for our needs. He is very knowledgable and explained in detail our options that would fit in our budget,even helped me get the fianacing. Richard got everything needed and was here to install when he said he would be.He installed the unit,showed me how to program the thermostat and cleaned up before he left.So far we are very pleased with purchase.Richard is great,when ever we had problems with the old unit he was right there to fix it,even taking time from family when our fan motor went out on a weekend in the summer to make sure we were comfortable.You don't find that type of customer service very often these days and to me that's what it all about.
