Excellent job, I have had exposure to multiple HVAC companies before and this company is by far the best in all aspects of HVAC diagnosis, trust, and repair.

They gave me good, honest, practical advice about putting a minisplit in my garage, and then were able to get the product and install it quickly for a fair price. Install team were prompt, professional, neat, and the garage is totally transformed.

My elderly mothers a/c went out. They responded quickly and even put in a loaner window unit until the process was done. Everyone was polite and friendly.

If I was to rate the crew from the very beginning to the installation....I'd have to rate this company and its crew on a scale from 1\-10.....I'd have to rate them 11!....Handled the whole job very professional....very timely.....They did a "jam job"....I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone

I like that Brian was upfront and honest. He was very knowledgeable about all the products he sales. He took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. The crew showed up to my house to install my unit before scheduled time and got to work right away. These guys were very professional and polite. My experience has been nothing but excellent and I will continue to use these guys.

Excellent people to work with come when you call no matter how big or small a job. Do what they say there gonna do when they say they will do it.

Installation went quickly, about 1/2 day, and was done very professionally. Initial test worked well and was left in service from that point. Unit is functioning very well for both cooling and heating. Indoor Climate Experts technicians can perform skilled and professional installation and maintenance on most any type heat pump or A/C unit. I have been a customer for several years and highly recommend their services.

We purchased a new heat pump unit. When they came out to do a quote, everything was explained, all questions answered. Once we decided to use Indoor Climate Experts, the unit was installed in one day. The technician explained how everything worked. The two technicians that installed my new AC unit today were excellent. Their friendliness while here made me feel as though I had friends in the house. They worked continuously and diligently to install my new product as soon as possible so I would be comfortable last night.
