My good experience started when Bob came to my house to quote a new AC. He noticed the filter was very difficult to get to when checking the furnace, and he said he could fix that problem for me. He quoted the new AC and included a new design for my intake/filter area. The 2 guys who came to do the install worked really hard to get the job done. One worked on the furnace area while the other hooked up the new AC unit. They finished the job quickly and left me cool and happy. Bob came by a little while later to check their work. No one wants to spend this kind of money, but if you do you want to feel valued as a customer and a person. My experience made me feel just that. I appreciate the service I received from Lori and Shannon in the office as well. They kept me updated on when they expected the unit to come in and scheduled the installation as quickly as possible. I would recommend this family\-owned business in a heartbeat.

AC replacement on time and budget promised. The only issue we had was unlocking the thermostat to be able to program scheduled run times and temps. Thank you to the internet.

We learned years ago that other HVAC companies in our area want to sell inferior (or overpriced, and/or ridiculously expensive to maintain) systems, and/or not Install or Service properly. But D.McKeon sells sensible Bryant, explains Benefits/Costs of Tonnage \& SEER choices, and at our newer house took 9 hours at no extra charge to Install new systems properly. Climate Control is critical for anyone with a Family Member with fragile medical conditions. They also provide Air Quality products, Air Duct Cleaning, CO monitoring products, Thermostats (simple/ old fashioned \& remote/?smart? types), HVAC Duct \& Air Return advice, Insulation advice, etc. for existing homes \& new/newer homes. I trust Dennis with his 30 years of experience and leadership in Georgia HVAC industry.

I just purchased my second HVAC system from DMckeon. The first system, installed in 1997, finally failed. So, for 21 years I have had a relationship with DMckeon. I wouldn't consider any other company. Dennis and staff are skilled and knowledgeable in all aspects of HVAC and building science and have always guided me in making the right decisions.

I found mcKeon on Angie?s List and am more than happy with their troubleshooting and ultimately replacement of my AC system \- efficient and hassle free!

I've been with McKeon for about two years and have found them to be a very impressive company. I have full confidence in their service and advice and trust them completely. Their technician does a wonderful job of servicing my heater and air conditioner twice a year and, this year, when my air conditioner no longer worked, they replaced it quickly and with no trouble to me. From estimate to installation was a great experience. On time, courteous and knowledgeable.

The technician and co\-owner spent all the the time I needed for me to understand what me air conditioning requirements were and which equipment options I had. I picked the best one I could afford and it has been in for 8 hrs. Works great and I am happy with the installation and the way that D. McKeon took care of me.
