We've been a Controlled Climate customer for many years and recently hired them to redo our entire HVAC setup (new units, adding zones, etc.) They were highly consultative throughout the process and went above and beyond in terms of the installation and associated work. For example, we had to redo ductwork in the attic, and instead of just putting it back in place they raised it all to ceiling height to make it easier for us to use the attic as storage (and I'm 6'3" so I appreciated the vertical clearance regardless). That wasn't even something we had talked about originally \-\- they saw an opportunity to make it better and they made it better without uncharging me. Highest recommendation.
