We have had Comfort Shield for regular maintenance of our heating and AC past 5 years. The previous owners of the house did not appear to have maintained the equipment and Comfort Shield went extra lengths to make the system running properly. Refrigerant was leaking on one the ACs recently and we decided to replace the AC and furnace rather than repairing the leaky coil given the age of the system. CS did a great job in replacing them shortly after placing the order. They are always on time and very transparent on what need to be done.
