Good customer service but installers made two errors causing us issues.
ZAP has been solid over the past year for us as a reasonably priced and understanding AC company. We had to buy a new unit and it was not installed properly. They have been quick to send out repair technicians two days in a row to fix two different errors made by the installers. I'm hopeful.

Replacement Central Air System
Initial installation was great. Thorough and knowledgeable installation crew. One item of equipment was not delivered for installation, however. Still awaiting completion of the system so the heat mode is operable. The a/c mode works extremely well and the energy savings has been great. Follow\-up to complete the system has been poor with no information from the dealer as to the timing of installation completion.
