Call These Guys!
Purchased a replacement system from Custom Klimates and I am very pleased. From their friendly and knowledgeable Specialist Jason, who came out and worked with me during the decision phase to the install technician Brandon, they were all courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and honest folks. No playing with the numbers/rebates or pressure sales. Jason quoted what I wanted plus one upgrade and one downgrade so I could compare and again, never pressure and never got that line, "anything but the top of the line isn't good enough". They have a motto that they will make it right. I absolutely believe they will! As a side note, I received quotes from 3 dealers in my area, which I got from the Bryant site and I am so glad I chose Custom Klimates!
