I had to call after hours! I left a message and they called me back the next day. They came out and determined the problem and were quick to come back with a quote and what the best thing to do was. The choice was a new condenser. Marcus the service technician was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer any questions that I had about the unit. Stacy the sales rep was also very informative and gave me an honest answer on the financing and price of product. Lisa was the person that answered the phones and she was very friendly and very prompt to get me an answer if she didn't know. I would highly recommend this company to all of my family and friends. We recently purchased a Bryant Evolution heat pump for our home. Stacy thoroughly explained all of the new units, their energy savings and functions. We ended up purchasing an SEER18 with the additional zone for upstairs and a purifier which we feel will be well worth the initial money. Rome and his crew delivered and installed the unit (plus took care of additional duct work issues when the original unit was installed) as promised and made sure our yard was cleaned of any left over debris as well as swept the area inside the house where they came in and out. Stacy came out after the install and personally downloaded the Bryant app to my phone and explained in detail how to use each function. They were all polite, respectful and we are happy with their service.

The whole buying process was super easy. All options were clearly written out as to what to expect and what I was purchasing. Crew showed up promptly at 7 and immediately went to work since my main unit is in the attic. By 10:30 they were completely done and had my home cooling again! Super excited to have ac back on the hottest day of the year!

I'm satisfied with the customer service, but it's the units themselves that concern me. I am experiencing a/c condensate running down my inside walls. J\&J have been working on this, but why is it happening in the first place?

The guys at J \& J responded to my call very quickly and Stacy Putnam came up with a resolution and a game plan within minutes. They were back the next day to install my new system. The guys installing the system were very professional and made sure they cleaned up behind themselves. They also made sure i understood how everything worked and made sure the system was working 100% before they left. J \& J will definitely be my go\-to HVAC professionals here on.

I had never had to decide by myself on an HVAC system for our home. My deceased husband usually made the decision on the equipment and as long as I was cool in summer and warm in winter, I was fine. So, naturally the unit failed this time and both companies I spoke with recommended replacing the entire unit. J \& J really took the time to explain the differences between the different options and equipment making sure I understood. The installation was excellent \- they showed up early and jumped right on the work to be done before I ever left for work (on time). I would recommend them for anyone who needs assistance with their heating and cooling needs.

Our air conditioner had stopped working so we called J\&J and they came out that day and got our old system running again. Couldn?t have been better. Approximately 5 hours start to finish for a complete system. Protective paper down, worked through a couple of challenges very quickly and were always working.
