Professional installation! Very satisfied with my new Bryant unit.

Our local Georgia Cooling did an amazing job in coming out to diagnose our problem, explaining everything, sharing options, and they did an excellent job of setting up our new system this week. We are very pleased with their service and with our new system!

One of the two gentlemen broke a light switch cover in my attic and did not offer to pay for or replace it. The other gentleman sprayed refrigerant oil on my tan hardboard siding. He mentioned it to me and of course it was obvious. He stated that it needs painting anyway. I spent a few hours in the garage and attic the previous day to make a safe and easy access to the components . They did a good job other than this . This is the end of the second full day after the work was done and it's still cooling nice so far.

When our old system finally gave up, our Georgia Cooling representative quickly provided options for repair or replacement. After reviewing the possible solutions, we selected a new system. That was on Saturday, and the new system was installed on Monday morning.

The technicians did an excellent job installing the entire system. They pointed out several problems that existed and repaired it which I was not aware of.

This local business has customer service like it should be. Our air conditioning system had a glitch. Called Georgia Cooling first thing in the morning. Their answering service picked up on the first ring. Almost choked on my coffee! Did the service call thing and less than five minutes later Betsy called me and said Matt would be right over. Didn't even have my second cup of coffee when Matt shows up. Within minutes he had the problem troubleshot. He went to get another thermostat. Back in a flash. Installed the new thermostat, and just like that we had comfort in our home. And since we are "sheltering in place", comfort in the home is, well, comforting. Thank you Georgia Cooling ! And thank you Betsy and Matt. Ya'll are the best.
