Best Home Contractor Ever
I had 9 companies to my home to give me estimates. My extensive research on the web and even a phone conversation with a man who writes textbooks for the ACCA led me to believe the contractor's installation was of the upmost importance. Only 3 of the 9 even did a J test. Of the final 3 only one did not play sales games with me (and I know all the angles I trained salespeople), was very thorough and although not the cheapest, I believe we arrived at a fair price. The installation was extensive as my old unit leaked much water into the cavity under the air handler causing mold, it was thoroughly cleaned out and sealed before putting a new plywood deck in. The third day after the installation, they returned to check all is working as it should and to answer any questions I might have. I am confident they will stand behind their work and I wish them only success with their business.
