When You Need The Best

Buyer beware
The installation did not pass inspection by the county inspector, on the 22nd of Oct 2019. As of this date the 6th of Nov 2019. I have not had a contact from the contractor, Ace heating and cooling of Tampa, to fix the problem. Of course I payed for the installation the day it was done, my mistake. There is only one thing that can be said, Buyer beware.

Excellent service every time!
We have a home warranty and request that Ace come to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve our HVAC problem. Our compressor just kept failing due to age and the unit needed to be replaced. We got an upgraded system at a really good price. The techs that did the work were outstanding , so professional, prompt, and courteous! That's typical service, which sets them above others we dealt with before. We've relied on Greg's expert tech skills and patience when ever our system was clonking out due to age. He kept it going even though it finally just gave out. ACE is the best.
