A Great Company to Work With! Provided Solutions to duct problems.
Northern Air was extremely easy to work with from the initial estimate by the owner of the company who was incredibly knowledgeable to the installers who were friendly and professional, seeming to really enjoy what they did and interacting with Northern Air's customers. Northern Air, Inc: THE BEST!
Ryan from Northern Air, Inc., came out to repair (replace actually) a Bryant HouseWise Thermostat that was still under warranty that was originally installed by JDK Heating and A/C (who was bought out by Performance here in Pinellas County , FL. Performance "fired me as a customer" because they did not like the fact that I questioned their supposed tech sent out on a Saturday \[8/27/17\]) who only was interested in selling me a maintenance package and not wanting to fix the thermostat problem and was stating that I "must have broken the thermostat because it looks like a chip is missing". Ryan could tell right away that there was a malfunction in the current thermostat, determined it was still under warranty and swapped it out! GREAT JOB!!!!! Northern Air, Inc has a new customer!!! THANK YOU FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!!!!!
