The work was timely and impeccably performed!

I needed my HVAC replaced due to a list of reasons. Biggest kicker is the thing would run all day and it would be 80 degrees in the evening. I did some of the online "get quotes" options. A few companies would email or call and say they can do it for $4.5k or so, but they wouldn't give me any specifics, unless asked I asked for them, they would take a day or so to respond. White sands, with in 24 hrs of contacting me was out at my house, showing me options, giving me details, and the whole show. They schedule and installed the new unit. And it performs like a champ. Very friendly and professional service. He taught me a few things about the unit he installed, upgraded my filter bay, so it could help with my allergies. The owner even helped me with ideas for a personal project. I'm a customer for life.

I have dealt with Scott previously and since this installation. He has had plenty of opportunities to fail or at least come up short. So far, he has failed to come up short, in other words, I am extraordinarily pleased with him and the service.

The tech arrived when expected. He and his team worked diligently and effectively having the unit installed and working beautifully by the end of the day. It had worked very well since then.

After returning home from a trip we notice the a/c unit was not working, it was extremely hot inside the house. We called around different distributors but Scott Ohal the independent owner of white sands heating and cooling arrived at my resided diagnosed the condition we were in and had me a Bryant unit within a day and installed. The unique thing was it was raining heavily , but he and his assistance continue working through the storm insuring our safety and comfort. The cost was reasonable for the unit and scott is a professional and knowledgeable dealer and technician. My wife and I will always be grateful.

I had struggled with a partial replacement or a full system upgrade. I had decided to just replace the exchanger and other small parts. After several discussions with White Sands Mech owner, and there was not pressure put on me, I decided to spend the money to do the full system replacement. After some cost analysis, it was determined over time with the cost savings of the new system vs my old system by cost was about 1/2 of the expense. The system is working perfectly, keeps house 74' and is quite as a mouse....hardly hear or feel the air flow. We are very satisfied with the entire experience.
