The installing team , Joey and Louis, are very professional, they show great expertise, and are very detail oriented. They even painted with a white sun reflective paint on the outside foam protecting the coils, and also as an inside wooden board was needed to stabilize the inside unit, they also painted it. Thank you for a great job.

They explained how to use the new system, totally cleaned up after themselves and made it all very easy for me to feel comfortable about this major purchase. My experience has been excellent. The company is proficient, professional, and installation was quickly taken care of.

They installer broke the slab that the heating pump is sitting on, and still have not made contact to fix. Also, allot of condensation on system and should be checked after running new for a week.

Global has provided me with service or about 10 years. Always timely, efficient and courtesy. Now it was time to replace my 15 year old system, even though Global said I could probably go a little longer. Price was fair, service was prompt and the techs showed up and went to work. After several non\-stop hors the job was done. They gave us a full explanation of the new system and we were done. Very satisfied.

I did some research on my own and decided to call Global Air Conditioning, Inc. I initially spoke with Lois who was pleasant and enthusiastic. I then promptly met with Corey who assessed our failing a/c system, patiently answered my questions, explained options and provided written estimates. Corey was professional, knowledgeable and I felt no pressure. The team of Corey and Joey installed the new Bryant Split System in our condo which required work on the exterior removal as well as the interior removal. They carried the unit up 3 flights of stairs and removed the old unit and the attention to detail on the entire installation was impressive! They were competent, informative, conscientious and clean. I would highly recommend Global Air Conditioning without reservation and they have absolutely earned a 5 star rating!!!

Installation was done with skill by the team from Global Air. Left the place spotless. Explained the system and the new thermostat to me. Global Air had been doing the regular maintenance on my previous, 15 year old system for years, and I have always found them to be honest and reliable.

They came when they said they would and installed my new AC in 5 hours as expected. Very professional

I was looking for a product that could handle the added square footage of my lanai turned sun room. Additional duct work was added. The summer will be the real test. Hoping to eliminate my noisy mini split.
