I would 100% recommend this dealer
2 Cool Air has been spectacular to work with. We initially found them because we needed emergency weekend service at our rental. Jeannie answered the phone immediately, they came out quickly and got the unit running again. The unit looked like it was going to continue to have problems and was about to come out of warranty so we decided to replace the unit. The installation team (Tyler and Brett) was excellent \- punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. Shortly after the unit was installed, it stopped cooling. I called Jeannie first thing in the morning and she sent Tyler out within hours. It turned out that the circuit breaker had tripped (not his fault at all); however, he went above and beyond by replacing the circuit breaker to avoid any future problems. These are only a few examples of the excellent experience we've had 2 Cool Air, I could go on...
