The installation crew all did an outstanding job. We had a complete replacement of our AC equipment with a 3 ton 2 stage AC, Condenser and Air Handler for upstairs and a 2.5 ton AC, Condenser and Air Handler for downstairs. They completed both installs on the same day in less than 8 hours. Both air handlers were installations in the 2nd floor attic of our home. They also hauled off all of the old equipment. Needed a new HVAC system and after exhaustive research, contacted Scott's Heating and Air due to their great reviews. I had a great sales rep. Daniel who started as a tech and therefore was very knowledgable about the various systems and ow they compared with my current system. No pressure \- just great advice. Bryant equipment reviews were very good \- so I signed up and also purchased the full ten year parts and labor warranty. A few weeks later, DJ, Franklin and Natel came and installed our new system. They were professional and knowledgable and answered all of my questions. They were meticulous in making sure everything fit perfectly and cleaned up to where you would never know they were there. Its only been a few days now but the system is fantastic and we love it. My wife and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone looking at AC replacement to contact Scott's \- you just cant go wrong.

Scott's did an amazing job with replacing our heating and cooling system.
Scott and his team were great. My heating unit went out on the coldest time of year. Scott's team was at the house fast to diagnose the problem. We were presented several options including a repair or to replace the unit (it was over 17 years old). We decided replace was the best option and Scott walked us through many options. Better than Rheem
The only reason I didn't rate the Bryant unit higher is our surprise at the sound level. It works much better than our 15 year old Rheem unit did, but it's noticeably louder \- probably because it's moving more air. Might need to look in to rerouting air return vents from the family room to elsewhere to cut down on sound level. Otherwise, very happy we made the change.
