Techs did a great job installing and making sure everything was explained and cleaned up afterwards.

We had to have our entire HVAC replaced and Craig really worked with us to get us a fair price and arranged 1 year 0% financing. We got scheduled very quickly and Boris, the installer, could not have been better. He was exactly the type of service person we want in our house. He and his team were polite and meticulous. They cleaned up the job site when it was completed. Once the install was complete Boris was very good and explaining our system to us and left us with complete confidence of a job WELL DONE!

Scott's Air worked hard in 107 degree heat to replace our air and furnace. They gave us a portable air conditioner to use so we could sleep and have a place to cool off until they could get the parts. Craig was awesome along with the crew that worked with us. They stayed til the job was complete and then cleaned up everything before they left. They were awesome!

The employees listened to my concerns and needs and were very respectful, personable, and professional. Very efficient work with an attention do taking care of the surrounding drywall and cleaned up afterwards. Very satisfied with the new unit.

This was a replacement installation. Dan, the salesman, informed my wife and I of the products. We made the decision after researching the equipment. There was no pressure. He worked with us on an installation date and the install team arrived on time with all the equipment to properly install the new units. The install was completed in less than quoted time and the area was cleaned before they left. Everyone with Scott's has been a pleasure to work with, so far.

The two technicians did a superb job. In addition, they were very personable and very willing to answer any questions and concerns. They had the customer satisfaction as a high priority.

The installation crew all did an outstanding job. We had a complete replacement of our AC equipment with a 3 ton 2 stage AC, Condenser and Air Handler for upstairs and a 2.5 ton AC, Condenser and Air Handler for downstairs. They completed both installs on the same day in less than 8 hours. Both air handlers were installations in the 2nd floor attic of our home. They also hauled off all of the old equipment. They did an excellent job and really knew what they were doing. The entire crew was professional from beginning to end and were very customer friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The salesman Dan was also awesome and I would certainly recommend him and Scotts Air to anyone.

I had a 20+ year old HVAC unit that was not going to last another Florida summer. I reached out to multiple local HVAC companies for quotes and Scott's by far was the best. They were the best in both pricing and professionalism. I never felt pressured during the quoting process by them and their Bryant systems are top notch. The installation was also excellent as they took their time to make sure everything was done correctly, informing me during the process. I am very happy with my new Bryant HVAC system installed by Scott's here in central Florida!

From the first time having a Tech come out to talk to us about our options for a new furnace and Air unit, to the day the guys came out to install was a great experience, very knowledgeable, explained everything they are doing and did. Had a great experience with Scott's! I called them after our air went out. We had a tech on site within an hour (on a Friday). After diagnosis, we decided to just replace our existing unit. They were out on Monday and replace the entire unit!! Everyone was super professional and courteous. Quality of the work is fantastic as well!

We selected Scott's Heating and Air Conditioning after researching installation companies and manufacturers. They have proven to be an exceptional company from start to finish. Dan handled our proposal and our many follow\-up questions. Always very courteous and prompt to respond. When we decided to replace our duct system he brought the installation supervisor, Jeff, to review the install and provide additional quote. Jeff was very helpful and offered solution to some space constraints we had with equipment placement and routing of service lines and drain. The installation team of Brad , Parker, Johnathan, Nate \& Jose confirmed we had made a wise decision in selecting Scott's. They arrived on time and after introductions and a walk through of the job fell to their tasks. They were obviously used to working together and were a most efficient team. We couldn't be happier with our choice of Scott's Heating and Air Conditioning.

The techs worked consistently and didn't disrupt what I was doing during the install.

Jonathan and Daniel were very professional. They checked all of the duct work and fixed any issues. They took out and installed the new unit quite quickly and were done within the day.

The reason for leaving the service category blank is that on Aug. 24, 2021, the Orange Co. inspector reported that the installation failed inspection. He said he would be contacting Scott's Heating \& AC of the problems he found. The inspector's name was Garry Cox at 407\-836\-2840 ex. 74316.

Their technicians are efficient, knowledgeable and polite. The installation of a full replacement system was clean, and completed in six hours. We are very pleased.

Extremely careful, took their time, and explained as they went. And, totally cleaned up when finished! Thermostat is a little too high tech for us though \- it does WAY more than we need!

Failed inspection twice over the same issue. Process took 8 weeks to resolve. Unfortunately, for this reason we cannot recommend.

I feel fortunate that I found Scott's. I have multiple options in my area and have used a number of them over the years. Started with them for the maintenance service on my current systems. Then when it came time to replace my 12 yr old system I reached out to Scott's and 3 other companies for bids. I didn't decide on Scott's for price but for professionalism of the reps and the specialist involved in the process. And that satisfaction was before the install. The install was throughout, clean, quite fast, and of course extremely professional. My home has two systems and when the other system reaches its end I fully expect to purchase it from Scott's. Needed a new HVAC system and after exhaustive research, contacted Scott's Heating and Air due to their great reviews. I had a great sales rep. Daniel who started as a tech and therefore was very knowledgable about the various systems and ow they compared with my current system. No pressure \- just great advice. Bryant equipment reviews were very good \- so I signed up and also purchased the full ten year parts and labor warranty. A few weeks later, DJ, Franklin and Natel came and installed our new system. They were professional and knowledgable and answered all of my questions. They were meticulous in making sure everything fit perfectly and cleaned up to where you would never know they were there. Its only been a few days now but the system is fantastic and we love it. My wife and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone looking at AC replacement to contact Scott's \- you just cant go wrong.

I have had multiple technicians out who all were personable and knowledgeable but Cliff goes above and beyond. He answers all of my questions and talks me through everything he does; he really makes you feel valued. My installation team was phenominal; very quick and cleaned up after themselves. They also showed me the unit and answered my questions. We had a Manager come check up while they were installing and I had a follow\-up call the day after. Overall good experience

Our air handler on our 13 year old system went out the weekend prior to Thanksgiving. Scott's was able to give a quote on Monday and install on Wednesday. I arrived home from work just as they finished and could sense the pride in their work as they showed me my new system.
