Issues with the 18\-year old hvac system after home purchase. Under rated 2.5 Ton/12 SEER, noisy compressor, Freon leaks, poor seasonal heat/ac output, garage fiberglass ducts leak air needed for the house, no return register/duct on 2nd floor sleeping area trapping the summer heat and an outdated thermostat \- yikes! It was a pleasure working with Parker \& Son (03/2021). They were very knowledgeable, competent and professional in every aspect of the job to upgrade our hvac system \- Bryant 3 Ton/16 Seer Heat Pump/Air Handler, installed insulated metal duct in garage, added a 2nd floor return/duct and a new WiFi thermostat. They took extra care to ensure no damage was made to our property from the equipment and all work areas were left clean and orderly. The new system is working great. The house is now warm, the compressor is very quiet and the garage is no longer being heated. In addition to the wall unit, the thermostat can be controlled by phone or computer \- Nice! I highly recommend Parker \& Son to anyone in need of hvac service whether it be for a complete installation and/or an annual service contract for maintaining their heat and a/c system. Great Job. Parker and Son quickly assessed our A/C unit, they were here within 10 minutes of my call, and had my A/C patched up before I left for work an hour later. He showed me the problem, and explained my options. After choosing an new A/C unit Parker and Son arrived on the selected day, on time, they worked all day and completed the work that same day.
