A friend of ours recommended Parker \& Son. They had a very fast response when our air stopped working. Unfortunately we needed a whole new system. They were kind enough to lend us a window unit that gave us relief in our bedroom while we waited for installation. We ordered our new system on a Friday and they installed it on Tuesday. Issues with the 18\-year old hvac system after home purchase. Under rated 2.5 Ton/12 SEER, noisy compressor, Freon leaks, poor seasonal heat/ac output, garage fiberglass ducts leak air needed for the house, no return register/duct on 2nd floor sleeping area trapping the summer heat and an outdated thermostat \- yikes! It was a pleasure working with Parker \& Son (03/2021). They were very knowledgeable, competent and professional in every aspect of the job to upgrade our hvac system \- Bryant 3 Ton/16 Seer Heat Pump/Air Handler, installed insulated metal duct in garage, added a 2nd floor return/duct and a new WiFi thermostat. They took extra care to ensure no damage was made to our property from the equipment and all work areas were left clean and orderly. The new system is working great. The house is now warm, the compressor is very quiet and the garage is no longer being heated. In addition to the wall unit, the thermostat can be controlled by phone or computer \- Nice! I highly recommend Parker \& Son to anyone in need of hvac service whether it be for a complete installation and/or an annual service contract for maintaining their heat and a/c system. Great Job. Our plumber recommended Parker and Sons HVAC to us, and they have been great! We bought our home at a short sale and had many issues to deal with, but they worked around our schedule and were very accommodating. They recommended relocating the outdoor unit away from our bedroom so that it wouldn't disturb our sleeping, which we would never have thought about. We couldn't be happier with their services!

Bryan Parker did a great job working with us to design a highly efficient system for an unusual house; a super\-insulated contemporary house with large south\-facing windows. Efficient cooling, dehumidification, and adequate ventilation were all critical issues that needed to be properly addressed. We are confident the finished house will be Net Zero energy consumption (once solar panels are installed), with well regulated humidity and healthy indoor air quality.

The owner and employees showed sincere customer care and willingness to provide good service for me from original contact to the completion of the install of the new Bryant equip.

Responded immediately to replace our 2 old, worn HVAC units after our old company failed to respond to repeated phone calls for help over a 6 week span. Parker and Son did a great job and I would recommend them without reservation.

On Sunday, July 16, I received a call from my daughter that the AC unit upstairs was not working. A call was made to Parker \& Sons HVAC LLC and they came out the next day. They assessed the problem quickly and advised me of the issues. I was desperate and Mr. Parker made some phone calls. Mr. Parker came back to me with the good news that a new unit will be at my home within the hour. Mr. Parker and his wonderful crew disassembled the old unit and installed the new unit within 3\-1/2 hours, efficiently and neatly! Parker \& Sons were amazing! They worked in unison, like a well oiled machine! Mr. Parker and his men saved the day! They are truly skilled and knowledgeable and I would recommend the company to any and all who are in need of fast and efficient service! Replace HP with Carrier Coastal unit

The product was described in detail in layman's language and the installation was scheduled within days. The crew worked efficiently and explained each step. The job was completed within the specified time frame. The work area was clean and in order when they left.

Furnace replacement with purifier

Excellent timely set up of my HVAC. The owner Brian Parker and his partner worked very diligently and carefully to install. Brian also took the time to go over the key features of the furnace and warning signals. He also explained and showed me where the 15 year old Bryant had worn out. Chris rebuilt the lattice cover for my AC unit. Overall a job well done and furnace running running great.

Parker and Son quickly assessed our A/C unit, they were here within 10 minutes of my call, and had my A/C patched up before I left for work an hour later. He showed me the problem, and explained my options. After choosing an new A/C unit Parker and Son arrived on the selected day, on time, they worked all day and completed the work that same day.
