Onofreo installed an Evolution Heat pump system over two days. The weather was cold and they were able to have the back\-up heating coils working after the first day which was much appreciated. One of the thermostats was faulty and it took a few days to get a new one installed due to the holidays. From the first call too job completion, Onofreo Company made a complete AC Furnace replacement smooth and easy. Shana and Kelly over the phone are a delight, as well as knowledgeable, to talk with about your problem. Anthony the technician and consultant that came out was great, informative, and helpful on choosing what systems that would be a great replacement for a 1989 out dated system. The installation was "Outstanding " by Jack and Drew who are some the hardest working guys you come across. Trained and professional and have an eye for detail, spotted and fixed, a loose gas line and a improperly sealed flu exhaust from a gas water heater to the chimney. All which was not a part of the contract, potentially dangerous, and without hesitation fixed it. They care about the safety of everyone in the house! On top of that they installed a brand new thermostat, and before gave us a window unit to use until the AC was fixed! Truly Awesome!! I would recommend anyone looking to replace, fix , maintain, their HVAC needs to call Onofreo. Thank you all at Onofreo!!!
